What Revande manages

Revande is a managed Airbnb revenue service for hosts and short-term rental operators who want daily rate strategy carried by specialists rather than another pricing tool to operate. The service combines dynamic pricing software with human review, daily adjustments, listing-performance monitoring, monthly reporting, and private Airbnb chat support.

For portfolios of up to 10 listings, self-onboarding starts here. Operators with larger portfolios can book a strategy call.

The booked-revenue milestone

Revande's first-party records show $2.4M in booked revenue across 37 clients in the snapshot dated August 28, 2026. The earliest service start in that snapshot was February 10, 2026, so “less than a year” describes the maximum observed window, not every client's tenure. The total combines the source meter's realized and upcoming reservation-value categories across seven currencies, converted to USD using September 15, 2026 exchange rates. The full counting method explains what is included and where uncertainty remains, and the aggregate evidence file records the exact recomputed totals without exposing client data.

Booked revenue is a reservation-value measure. It is not proof of cleared payouts, profit, or the incremental revenue caused by Revande. The records are first-party and have not been independently audited. Three client meter rows were marked partial source, and 164 reservations carried missing booked-date flags in the aggregate. This is a dated snapshot, not a live total.

Who leads the work

Revande was founded by Sean Rakidzich. The service connects his short-term rental operating experience with a team that runs the daily rate and listing work. Clients buy an operating relationship: rate strategists make daily adjustments, monitor the signals around visibility and conversion, and explain the work through reports and direct support.

Frequently asked questions

What does an Airbnb revenue management service do?

A managed service sets and reviews rates, adjusts pricing as demand changes, monitors booking performance, and explains decisions to the owner. Revande's Performance plan focuses on daily pricing and alerts; Maestro adds done-for-you listing optimization and proactive handling.

How much does Revande cost?

Performance is $130 per listing per month. Maestro is $199 per listing per month. Both are flat monthly fees rather than a share of booking revenue.

What does the $2.4M figure mean?

It is the rounded booked-revenue total in a first-party portfolio snapshot dated August 28, 2026, converted to USD. It combines the source meter's realized and upcoming categories. It does not establish settled payouts, profit, or causal uplift, and it has not been independently audited.

How do I start?
