Performance and Maestro Service Terms

This page exists for one reason: you are considering Revande and you want to know precisely what you are buying before you sign up. It sets out what each service tier includes, what it costs, and the terms that govern the relationship. Nothing here is marketing language. Every inclusion listed below is part of the service you receive.

Revande is a full-funnel revenue and listing optimization service for short term rental hosts and property managers. Two tiers are available: Performance and Maestro. Both are built on the same pricing methodology, the Revande Cadence, and both are delivered by experienced rate strategists rather than by an algorithm left to run on its own.

What Every Revande Plan Includes

Whichever tier you choose, your listings are priced through the Revande Cadence, our five step methodology:

1. Calibrate. We study your competitive set, your demand map, your seasonality and your event calendar, and we establish how your listing is positioned in its market.
2. Compose. We build your rate architecture: base prices, day of week curves, lead time strategy, minimum stay rules, discount ladders and channel rules.
3. Conduct. We tune your rates daily and weekly based on pickup, pacing, anomalies and remaining availability.
4. Counterpoint. We price against your competitors' actual moves: anticipating their changes, exploiting gaps they leave, defending your premium and avoiding price wars that destroy value for everyone in the market.
5. Crescendo. We measure, test, keep what wins and compound the gains month over month.

Both tiers also share the same commercial foundation, described in the billing and cancellation section below: monthly recurring billing, cancellation at any time, and service that continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Performance Tier: $130 per Listing per Month

Performance is the full pricing service. It is built for hosts and managers who want their rates managed professionally and who are happy to handle their own listing content.

Performance includes:

• The complete dynamic pricing software stack. Your rates are computed from live market data, not from a static rule set.
• Daily rate adjustments by a strategist. A person reviews your calendar and your market every day and adjusts your rates. This is not an automated check that occasionally changes a number. It is daily human attention on your pricing.
• Re-Algorithm access. Our tooling for understanding how your listing performs inside Airbnb's search and ranking systems.
• Chat support. Direct access to the team when you have a question about your pricing or your account.
• A $30 Bnb Photo Factory credit. Credit toward professional listing photography through Bnb Photo Factory.

Performance monitors your listing's visibility and booking conversion and alerts you when something needs attention. When a listing problem is identified, Performance tells you what it is and what to do about it. The doing is yours.

Maestro Tier: $199 per Listing per Month

Maestro includes everything in Performance and adds done-for-you listing optimization. It is built for owners who want the entire revenue function handled, not just the pricing. Here is how the service works day to day:

Connection. Maestro connects directly to your Airbnb listings. Once connected, we have the live view of your listing that every other part of the service reads from.

Monitoring. We monitor your listing's algorithm health and its performance data continuously: how Airbnb's search and ranking systems are treating the listing, and how the listing is actually converting. Problems are caught as they develop, not at the end of the month.

Daily rate strategy. Alongside the monitoring, your rates are adjusted daily through the Revande Cadence, as described in the Performance tier above. Monitoring and pricing run together, so a change in the algorithm or the market shows up in both the diagnosis and the rate.

Listing work. When the data shows the listing itself is what holds revenue back, we alter the listing's marketing: the copy, the image order, and image quality, with AI enhancements applied where they raise the listing's standing. We also complete listing signals, the settings and details Airbnb reads when it decides how prominently to show a listing. The work is done for you; nothing is queued on your desk.

Revenue performance portal. As an owner you receive a revenue performance portal: insights, charts and context on how your listing and its market are performing, and the controls to manage your account. The portal is where the service becomes visible to you, and where you keep oversight of what your strategist is doing.

Maestro includes:

• Everything in Performance. The full pricing stack, daily strategist adjustments, Re-Algorithm access, chat support and the Bnb Photo Factory credit.
• Direct Airbnb connection with continuous monitoring. Algorithm health and performance data watched daily, so problems are caught while they are still small.
• Done-for-you listing marketing changes. Titles, descriptions, photo ordering and the other details that determine whether a searcher becomes a guest.
• AI enhancements and listing signal completion. Image order and image quality improved through AI enhancements, and the listing signals Airbnb reads completed for you.
• Ongoing listing refinements. Your listing is refined continuously as your market and your listing's performance evolve, not once at onboarding and then left alone.
• Revenue performance portal. Insights, charts, context and account management, yours to check at any time.
• Channel manager compatibility. Maestro works with Airbnb directly or with your existing channel manager.

The difference between the tiers is not only scope. It is who carries the work after a problem is identified. Performance tells you. Maestro acts on it.

Performance and Maestro Side by Side

Pricing, Billing and Cancellation Terms

These are the commercial terms that apply to both tiers. They are summarized here in plain language; the full legal terms are on our Terms of Service page.

Pricing. Performance is $130 per listing per month. Maestro is $199 per listing per month. You choose the tier for each property at signup, so a portfolio can mix tiers.

Portfolio discount. If you enroll five or more listings, a 15% portfolio discount is applied automatically. The discount remains in effect for as long as the qualifying number of listings stays active.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance to the payment method you provide at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the agreed rate until you cancel.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt the charge up to three additional times and notify you by email after each attempt. If the balance cannot be collected, service may be paused until it is resolved.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Service remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

What We Need From You

To deliver the service, you invite Revande as a co-host on your Airbnb listings. Co-host access is what allows us to manage pricing and, on Maestro, listing content. The access is limited to the work described on this page, and it is removed when your subscription ends.

You retain control of your property, your calendar settings outside pricing, and your guest relationships at all times. Revande conducts the revenue function. The listing remains yours.

Choosing Between Performance and Maestro

Choose Performance if your listing content is already strong, or if you prefer to handle listing changes yourself with professional guidance. You get the full pricing operation and clear alerts when the listing itself needs attention.

Choose Maestro if you want the listing handled as thoroughly as the pricing. Maestro is the done-for-you tier: when visibility or conversion needs work, the work gets done without landing on your desk.
